Finding Yoga
Having practiced yoga and movement on and off for 19 years it was after a trip backpacking to Bali, Borneo, Australia and New Zealand in 2015 with her husband and then 18 month old son that Bea realised she wanted to become a yoga teacher. She found a regular practice kept her grounded, centred and uplifted – the benefits to mind, body and spirit of regular asana and meditation practice truly astounded her. Having always been interested in the breath and voice as an actor she suddenly understood that ‘Breathing consciously is the essence of yoga’ and that everyone can practice and reap the benefits.
Beatrice went on to train under Rahoul Masarani at Yoga London and is a certified 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance International. She is also an experienced Yoga Bugs and Yoga’d up Teacher having trained under the fabulous Nell Lindsell (founder and creator of Yoga Bugs) in 2010. Beatrice completed her Pregnancy Yoga Teacher training with the incredible Guru, teacher and activist Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and is very excited to be able to offer pregnancy yoga alongside hypnobirthing for mummy’s to be. Beatrice continues to further her training with regular CPD courses. Most recently she has spent weekends studying Yin Yoga, Mastering inversions and is soon to begin her journey into Crystal singing bowls with The Temple of Alchemies. She is incredibly excited to venture into this healing practice and be able to offer its many benefits to her clients.
